After the surprise success of the Open House, we scheduled a planning meeting for July 19. More than 25 people attended to help us imagine success and draft ideas for action.
First, we had a brief orientation to “get on the same page.”
Then, we broke into teams and outlined possible goals and tasks as shown in the follow-up slides:
Finally, we transcribed the whiteboard notes and held an online meeting follow-up on July 25 to develop a draft project plan.
It’s been a busy July!
